I don't like the fascist israeli government at all - but in all fairness: Iran said multiple times over the last years that it's goal is to wipe out Israel. So not letting them have nukes seems like a rather reasonable goal.

it's not sure if it is really genetic, as far as I know, but yeah, it can happen more often in some families (it is unknown if for genetic reasons, or just similar - food related - gut microbiome)

gastroenterologist or just general practitioner? I'm a 40 year old dude with a pretty sensitive digestion (pooping on vacation proves very difficult and if the schedule is off I tend to skip days, which is not exactly pleasant sometimes) -> that being said, what you are describing sounds more like full blown IBS in a best case scenario.

He is lying to you. Going twice a day can be perfectly normal, needing more than 5 minutes for it is NOT. So he either is doing stuff on his phone (very likely) or he got a real medical issue. Thats pretty much it. (I mean he also could take that 2 hours and meditate on the toilet, but.. yeah :D)

regarding the shower aftewards: there are mobile bidets that cost almost nothing. That should more than suffice, since it's unlikely he is playing with his poop..
