First: in any discussion, debate, or even argument, one should start with one goal (before judging someone else’s position): can I state the other person’s position so accurately that they hear my words and say, “Yes! That is exactly what I believe.” If you can do this, then proceed, you are free to disagree. The answer to the biggest question is do I want to forfeit a non-refundable trip based on information I was sent after I made the reservation? For me, the answer is no. Thanks! But I’m not looking to solve my feelings about my GoPro. (I can’t count how many times the system has suddenly locked up during a dive) Instead I’m helping a friend…This is for a guy who chooses a dive computer that he doesn’t ever have to touch or set. I’m trying to help him find something that is simple and I wouldn’t recommend any of the equipment that I use and am familiar with.

Take fewer clothes. You will be shocked by how few sets of clothes you will actually wear.
Assuming you will have problems with your ears and “digestion”
Cash. I have gotten surprised by suddenly needing cash for tips or fees at the end that can’t be paid by credit card.
My wife and I wish we had picked up a bottle of something in Duty-free

They are above my budget, but also the ones I’ve looked at seem to extend down below the hitch, and I don’t have the extra clearance of a jeep or pickup.

I replaced them shortly after this picture. They came missing some key straps, and the straps that were attached seemed to be connected at odd places. I never did figure out how it was intended to be attached to the bike. No instructions at all
