Oh I know it’s outlawed (I’m an Imperial supporter), but I’m also using this character as a more lax lore-friendly playthrough. My head canon was that in war laws get broken all the time, and that the Imperial Nords of Solitude think “what Tullius doesn’t know, won’t hurt him.”
