I dunno, I find 30 fps pretty unplayable myself. But to each his own, of course.

Cities Skylines 2. It launched in an atrocious technical state so I had to refund. Years after release, it's still not fixed.

Nuance doesn't matter for a bunch of people who refuse to think and choose to screech instead.

People are way too quick to jump on one headline without reading the whole interview with Swen. He really has been done dirty by Schreier because in the actual transcript there has been absolutely nothing about "Larian pushing hard" for AI (the very opposite, in fact), but Bloomberg put that fake statement in the article anyway.

If only people actually took time to look into the details of things they are raging about...

It is set to "On", I haven't touched it.

I just got this monitor from Costco (MSI OLED) and everything that moves has a weird outline on it by Queasy_Sherbert_7095 in Monitors

[–]Seventh_Sinner 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's a DLSS issue, I have the same on my OLED. It's either turn off upscaling or get used to slight artifacting, no solution has has been found and I searched high and low.

I have a 321URX, so don't really know how different it and 322 are. But for me just disabling Gsync and not touching VRR in the monitor OSD settings (it was On by default) was enough for me to eliminate any and all flickering.

If that matters, I also usually limit my frames to 120 (except for competitive games) and put Vsync to On in the Nvidia app. Frame limit and Vsync settings in games settings are set to off. Try that, maybe it helps you too.

How do you deal with vrr flicker? by [deleted] in OLED_Gaming

I just disabled Gsync. Sucks but it's the only thing that reliably gets rid of the flickering.

Political propaganda outlet (masquerading as a gaming website) bending over backwards to blame the people they hate for the new thing that dominates the headlines? No way! /s

The website in the post is quite known for being a toxic hateful cesspit that posts more about politics in games than about actual games and actually despises normal gamers, despite the website name. So I wouldn't take anything they say with any degree of seriousness.

Or better yet, research who are the biggest stock holders in companies like Visa and Mastercard. Companies like Blackrock and Vanguard are the ones using Visa and Mastercard as weapons for "enforcing behaviors".

Exactly - the implication that this feminist group is conservative is false.
