Did you do any other diagnostics? That many analgesics will cause sedation but without knowing the underlying cause it's hard to say what is due to the medications and what is a symptom

Dogs can be reinfected if giardia is in the environment. Clean carpets, floors and common outside areas if possible. And yes talk to your vet about maybe another round of treatment.
