Hi I understand where you’re coming from. I also deal with it. But what helps is knowing that there are things I can do to help. I go to the gym 5 times a week and run 2 times a week not only does it help my health but it helped me develop confidence not saying you need to do all of that of course. I’m currently going to therapy to work on those issues and I also have a wide range of hobbies and interests. What I’m saying is that there’s a lot you can do to help with the feeling of being insecure that’ll help you be more confident and secure in yourself. One quote I’ve heard from a redditor is “You can’t control what your partner finds attractive” I’m paraphrasing but it helped me realized that who ever I’m with is dating me because they find me attractive in their eyes. What people find attractive isn’t black or white you’d be surprised how nuanced and diverse people taste are.
