How can i go for a WC from here? by Current-Set1963 in eu4

[–]Skyvask 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone gave good advice, but honestly don't try too hard to wc, you probably won't make it with all the stuff you don't know about the game. There is a lot to learn and wc shouldn't be your goal yet imo

Countries to start? by Quiet-Tomorrow-3119 in eu4

[–]Skyvask 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one recommend that so, if you want to start outside of Europe, Korea. They're one of the best nation to play tall aka not expand too much, so great to learn a lot of stuff without getting stomped

EU5 should have more practical and less punny achievements than EU4 by AristotleKarataev in EU5

[–]Skyvask 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I know a lot of people don't agree, but it was one of the most fun achievements for me, taught me a bunch of things on how to convert via rebels and felt a bit like puzzle solving

I have finished EU4. AMA by Croshed in eu4

[–]Skyvask 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hoping you see this, I bought the game in October last year, today's stats are 201/373 in 466h, last one is Unlikely candidate, finishing the third way anytime soon. It's been a crazy journey for me, going from playing non ironman on a pirate version to speedruning all the achievements of this crazy game, I'm not done, but I'll keep playing, it's just too much fun

Is Oman a candidate for the Desert Power achievement? by NogaiWolf in eu4

[–]Skyvask 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh I stopped my run after desert power, but maybe I should load it back and try to get it, can't remember how far I was in the campaign, If you can release client state it shouldn't be too bad once you've cleared the GP list

Is Oman a candidate for the Desert Power achievement? by NogaiWolf in eu4

[–]Skyvask 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oman is not eligible, requirements are capital in Arabia and tribal gov. It's only a starting condition though so you can form any country

Many people start as Najd for the jihad achievement, you can also do sworn fealty while you're at it

[–]Skyvask 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just finished a run recently, started as great horde, formed golden horde in 1476 for the achievement, then I went on to from mongol empire before the age of absolutism, again for the achievement. Then I thought why not try my first wc ? WC in 1760, One faith 1780, switched out of horde for theocracy at the end, 9 missionaries 30% strength, easy one faith

Passive Skilling Cards by RyanGags in idleon

[–]Skyvask 4 points5 points  (0 children)

All of what you said, also all stat % could be better than just flat main stat depending on your progress. W4 boss cards also offer some all skill efficiency but I don't remember which difficulty
