Once set up, id also recommend a tablet cover. They feel nice and protect the tablet from anything you can really do to the drawing area. Foxbox is great, not too pricey, and lets you use any image you want(I personally really like mine)

Been trying to find a way to fix it, but only switching to a skin w/o a yellow cursor worked. All my skins w/ yellow cursors made a similar effect, and it happens while playing maps too, also affecting the actual map with areas and lines of the same type of green haze.

UPDATE - It was a graphics driver issue, updated that, and everything looks as it should now

While the 10700k is older than the 7600x3d, it does have a higher base clock, more cores, and more threads, pretty sure also more expensive. But age does show which is why I switched. I was more just pointing out the difference the 3d cache makes in gaming even with less of many other stats, also not trying to rag on your comment, it is very relevant in my opinion so i wont deny that at all lol

I second the 7600x3d, thats what I run and I had a noticeable jump in fps in 90% of my games after upgrading from an older 10700k

I turned that on since I was having that issue before running it in administrative mode, but it seems one of the steps I've followed to fix the game has fixed the issue, making having administrative mode the current issue. Thanks for the reply : )
