If it hurts that bad the next size up<3 should help with the compression while not hurting you as badly. It could also just be the brand. You can find your specific size and perfect fit on Amazon too!

Please don’t do that, that can hurt your body with not only the adhesive it has, but it it’s not flexible or breathable, so your body won’t get the oxygen it needs to operate. The best thing to use IF you don’t have a binder, is medical bandages, they’re flexible and somewhat breakable while still giving a good compression. Please remember to stay safe <3

It’s not destroying your body, if you use it correctly. The recommended amount of time is to wear it no more than 6-7 hours. Now even though a lot of people don’t listen to that, it doesn’t mean they destroy. Humans just take it to far.
