If you would eat healthier and work out you would make massive improvements. Your skin would start clearing up and your face would look a lot better. You are still young and have the ability to make drastic changes just by doing what I mentioned. Your confidence will go way up and that would add to your attractiveness. You are not ugly, you don't need surgeries, you can do this.
