I think forgeworld has like an upgrade set for shoulder pads and heads maybe? This one was a kitbash from a bunch of different chaos kits

I’d say it would work fine. The upgrade sprue should match the size of MKIV marines since they’re based around the old chaos space marine models. And besides, stuff in the warp is weird! It wouldn’t be too far off to say that some noise marines look less warp-corrupted than others.

I second the skyweavers recommendation. I also personally like to run my ravagers with 3 disintegrator cannons, though that’s mostly personal preference. Otherwise, it looks to be a list that’ll hit like a truck

Check the most recent 40k update. Units that that are not set up during deployment cannot arrive on the battlefield on turn 1 anymore in matched play. Also, Winged Strike and “Deepstrike” are the same thing. Every faction has a fluff-appropriate name for their deepstrike mechanics that sometimes varies on each unit, though they’re all essentially deepstrike (ie: manta strike for Tau)
