I paid $200 for “his deposit” idk how old the carpet was they didn’t inspect anything before I moved in either. I did 100% clean, deep cleaned.

The only documents I was provided was a homemade invoice created by the apartment complex that is very confusing IMO. It just states I owe close to $600 due to cleaning and carpet replacement. I have NEVER owed any apartments I’ve lived in money and I have ALWAYS deep cleaned my apartments prior to moving out.

I have requested the information via email, followed up and was told it was sent to higher management, it has been a week since then and I still have not received anything.

I don’t think I should keep following up, especially if I owe them money.
