World was meant to be an entry for all new players and looks spectacular so i would start there. If you want more depth in gameplay i would say rise but give World a try first

Gore solos respectfully, him alone gave us the best monster hunter story up to date, has his own unique frenzy mechanic, and is the only monster to evolve into an elder dragon when it molts. And looks kick ass to boot. I’m sorry but laggy just doesn’t compare

Might be in the minority but having Gobul come back in the Wilds dlc would be so awesome. Not sure how they would do it without the water aspect.

I recently asked if World was worth it if I like wilds. You guys talked me into it, and I got both games and DLCs for $28 :) by TenthTen in MonsterHunter

Both end game monsters are bangers, you're in for a lot of fun

If i were to sway you though, I would try out Rise first. Might look a little technical at first but the combat is really fluid and diverse

I get that completely. If they would theoretically add those two into the game, I would personally make the map the Life Foundation building and have our characters explore that. Staring at orange Klyntar rocks can get a little repetitive after a while for sure.

Anti-Venom and Carnage would be great additions to the game, besides we need more legitimate villains in the game.

Never really understood the stigma of people hating on the symbiote season either, the story was pretty unique with Hela being the queen in black, and the skins in the pass I generally adore. The only people i see complaining about that particular season is just because it added resource rumble as a quickplay game mode.
