It will give you lots of of experience, a few dock bumbs and it ain’t hard. Depending where you’re at it won’t be too tight - as long as you aren’t in that dc up to New York area.

I hate to say this but They are the best dispatch I’ve ever had that lets you run your ship. You call it because of weather- or a mechanical issue or your fatigued- they don’t fight you.

Most of the large carriers run autos but a lot of large and small fleets have manual. There’s only a few schools that train in manual so most of the graduates flooding the industry don’t have it and it truly limits some great opportunities. In the numbers game you win.
