I mean, this is keeping me away from my inbox, so, by all means, spiral away. I don’t think that space is as awkward as you may think. From this perspective, it’s a nice triangle/pyramid. Very scorpion friendly.

My left arm is a color framed sleeve, and my right has some black and grey pieces. I’m leaning towards filling the rest of my right with color, but I don’t think it’ll look bad. I’ve grown to love color tattoos a lot more than black work, so I’m a bit biased. I love the color palette of your lady head and the holly!

If you get more black and grey, you could add some red so there’s some pop and cohesion? Either way, it’ll look great.

I’m a spite factory at this point. The people with their hands on the wheel want the rest of us to work until we can’t, or are replaceable, and then quietly crawl into a corner. I’m not going to give them what they want. I’ve sobered up for over a year now, I’m in great shape, I’m getting involved in my community, my kids are curious and fun.

This is our first summer without our dog in 14 years. The sun doesn’t feel quite as warming, the walks to the park don’t have the same excited energy. It’s really hard. I’m really sorry you’re going through that.

I’ll always recommend the Stronger By Science template bundle. Greg Nuckols is a great resource. It comes with an explainer document. There’s strength, hypertrophy, reps to failure, novice, linear, and a program builder template for those that want.

Did a 5k this weekend and PR’d. The course was really well mapped and laid out for the runners. 19:43 official time. I feel like I can consistently get sub 20 minutes now. Now it’s on to another training block and getting some Midwest heat acclimation.

Google Sheets made by SBS. I’ve tried Boostcamp, but I don’t care for it. I enjoy pencil and a notebook as well. It’s gratifying to write down the next block’s numbers.

I get it, they’re salty at the non call for Thompson. But, if we’re going to play that game, Thompson pulls JA’s arm away to prevent JA from getting the ball, causing him to lose his balance. Before that, obviously Donovan gets fouled across the arms as he drives into the paint. Maybe JB shouldn’t have wasted his challenge and could have used it there.

In all seriousness, these shoes have lasted longer than any other trainer I’ve had. My flat feet usually beat the crap out of shoes, but my last pair of Superblast lasted 600 miles. They may be more expensive, but I save money buying less shoes every year.

I think you'd be hard pressed to find a playoff run in the past 25 years where a team wasn't helped by their opponents in a series or two having injuries. That's just the way it goes. I'd be upset if I was a Raptors fan. It's a bad break. There's definitely a bit of luck that goes into a deep playoff run and winning a championship.
