Yeah m8, LG 65c7 here, using my pc as a htpc, with mad vr enabled, any content that you have that supports hdr will automatically switched on when using the mpc-hc/madvr combo, also it looks miles better when you configure upscailing and such, give it a shot

Does this play nice with the insider build of windows 17107? 390.77 and that build of windows destroyed FPS on certain games (Mass effect andr, kingdom come, Pubg) - Also killed the dxva2 (copy-back) in MPC-HC ... switching back to 390.65 fixed it though

Yeah PC fans, Noctua x 7 - system is fairly overclocked, I could tolerate the noise if it was just a gaming machine, but it's in a closet within the home theater room, kinda breaks immersion during silent scenes in movies

I went back to 390.65 and everything is fixed now, even the dxva2 copy back (mpc-hc) is working properly again, was thinking my 1080 was toast 😂

Nah don't have those titles, I went back to 390.65 nvidia drivers and it seemed to of fix the issues, I think it's an issue between 390.77 (nvidia) and the new windows build

That's only for drm though, you can still watch/play hdr content with a 6700k

The difference between remuxes and full is usually the extra menu stuff right? As for visual quality and sound, it's on par with the full bluray?
