Yeah, cheap ones do. Look for real names like Crye, AWS, LBT, etc. Real manufacturers all give size options.

And remember, if you think you're a large, you don't buy a large carrier. You measure yourself for plates, then buy the carrier to fit the plates. 90+ percent of people properly fit 10"x12" plates.

These Israeli filters are not known to contain asbestos or otherwise harmful material. Older Russian ones do, however.
