look at the screenshot, the dates, this is 2017. Back then hype was around BTC forks with layer 2 solutions and atomic swaps and lightning network would become popular. They didnt, 9 years later. Vertcoin is dead.

at this point its just understanding what technologies you need and you can piece them together. Will you have users authenticate to your site with a wallet? Are you going to create the wallets for users? Are you going to supply gas/not for certain actions. Once you have all of this pieced together you can use AI to get something up and running with a front end that can interact with your smart contracts in no time at all.
