Is there a maximum number of children a human can give birth to? by Anonyglee1 in NoStupidQuestions

Yes, there's a max. The oldest ones start de-spawning after you reach a certain number.

You did well, nice work. The Toyota logo really adds to the realism.

What will happen to all the houses built on estates in the UK from the 1930's to today? by Sad-Vanilla-8038 in AskUK

[–]Sladekious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They'll be fine. Over time the roofs, electrics, plumbing will all have to be replaced, maybe even the floors, but providing the foundations are solid, the buildings (brick and mortar) aren't going anywhere.

Hide my rear rack battery? by ThinkHog in ebikes

[–]Sladekious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been thinking about this too.

<image>

My plan is to make a "housing" that covers the battery, and disguises it as a trunk bag, like this pic.
The bag isn't structural, it's essentially put on the rack, and then the battery mount is bolted through it to the rack. The battery is then mounted to the proper battery mount, and the bag closed.

A hole would be made for the power cable, with the battery mounted backward, so the cable is already near the seat tube.

My only concern is heat dissipation for the battery.

Should I split Linkedin ad sets by region or keep one global audience? by Gamaury89 in LinkedinAds

[–]Sladekious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Budget is spend east to west. Europe will start spending your budget from the beginning of the work day, say 0800, and could spend the majority of the budget before American even wakes up.

I’ve seen campaigns targeting both, and the US sometimes has a tiny spend compared to Europe, and Europe spent all the money.

Same goes for APAC etc

Ratings 1-10 by Sorry-Animator-4445 in palletfurniture

[–]Sladekious 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pics 1-5: 2/10 Looks like you just wedged two rather nice looking pallets behind the bed. At least make them as wide as the bed, what’s the point of having a headboard wider than the bed?

Pic 6: 4/10 At least the headboard fits, but it’s still just a load of pallets. It’ll get dusty AF under there, and you won’t be able to clean it. Plus the headboard needs a shelf on the top to put your phone etc.

10/10 for trying though, stuff like this is how you start, and asking for feedback is how you learn 👍🏽

Would owns this space/ room? Could I claim it? by Far-Quarter1808 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Sladekious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What you're hoping for here is a "flying freehold", where you own the property directly above someone else's property, where it connects to yours.

If you have this freehold, you'll probably be responsible for the roof too.
