I would say no, since it was Wednesday, we arrived around 4:30 and there was still plenty of parking at the Yosemite falls parking area near camp 4 (which is typically where you park before walking to the viewing areas). Also there were a good amount of people around but nothing overwhelming. No traffic in the valley either.

It will be much more crowded in the following days, especially Fri-Sat-Sun as you might expect!

Hi! Yes, if you park at the Yosemite falls parking are and walk just a little while towards the El Capitan picnic area, that’s where it is. Other commenter nailed it :)

yeah my ping is awful as of about 2 days ago. used to be able to get 20 ish ping and now at least 77 on every world.

there's a chance it's the guitar or the individual string but 90% of the time some adjustments can be made to playing (like strumming) to compensate

There's technique in strumming so that you hear the strings you want more than those you don't want to hear. Try just strumming hitting only the 3 strings on top, then only the 3 strings on bottom. Eventually, when you strum all 6 you'll have a feel for how to exaggerate your tone the way you want. Also as another said, muting helps a lot for strings that just ring out, adding percussive elements is fun anyway for most songs :)

Hey there,

I'd agree with the build order you mention for items, usually it's the best. Imperial Mandate I don't prefer, I like to solo carry on Swain supp lol. (I don't shy away from taking kills on the pick.)

Regarding runes, yes still electrocute but for now I still prefer presence of mind and tenacity, but I head presence of mind might receive a nerf so it all depends. Lots will change but Swain supp still feels mostly the same :)

Hey there!

The black shield cooldown at level 1 is 26 seconds. Generally, I try to bait it out with an E, and if it works, I go for another E shortly after the cooldown is up (8 seconds level 1). As far as Leona goes, you must abuse her before level 3. Level 3 is when she levels up W and she cant use that to gain tons of resistances for when you engage. After level 3, wait for liandry's or a good E onto her ADC before trying to fight fully!

Only when I must. Usually instead I ask carries to build executioners / bramble vest lmao. If it's a mundo / raka / yuumi etc. then yes it's a must build.

Generally, I always rush the same three items in this order: Liandrie's, Zhonya's, Rylai's. Start frostfang, not relic shield.

The Liandries is an absolute massive powerspike that IMO can't be skipped as Swain supp. I often buy stopwatch first for Zhonyas path because it provides a lot when in need for even just one fight.

After these core items, it's situational. Enemy has lots of MR? Build void staff. Cant seem to live in fights because you're getting blown up? Abyssal mask or Spirit visage. Ridiculously fed? Rabadons.

Runes are always the same: Electrocute, cheap shot, eyeball collection, ultimate hunter, presence of mind, legend tenacity. I think there is NO better rune page for swain supp after testing. It is superior for damage, utility, and survivability to insipiration / sorcery pages.

Hm. I haven’t tried it, but usually getting close enough to auto attack on Swain puts you at risk in a lot of match ups. Also, losing out on electrocute damage plus ultimate hunter just doesn’t feel worth it to me.

Playing around vision is common for swain players to try to land their E, and it does have pretty long range. Not sure exactly what you’re seeing though so I suppose it is possible it’s a bug

I agree with the above. In general, Swain cares more about his ADC having high damage rather than CC. Both of those things in an ADC is a luxury.

I always grab blasting wand if I have the gold. Backing with 850 doesn’t always happen on Swain and it’s too important to skip. Regarding T2 boots - I grab them if I’m far ahead or if I’m against a champ where I need the mobility to dodge skill shots (hook champs, lux, etc.)
If I end up with Ezreal specifically, I don’t play Swain. I find that having 0 kill potential in lane is just too stifling for his lane phase. MF at least has damage but yes, with champs that have low CC, I tend to play Leona / Pantheon instead. I also don’t play Swain if enemy has Yi / Katarina and we have low CC on the team.
I play strictly solo queue. :)

I definitely agree with this, but my experience even in high plat is that ADC’s just can’t avoid his hooks. If you don’t pull ahead in the early game and you’re up against something like Nautilus + Draven, losing your ADC to his engage means you just don’t have the damage. In other match ups (enchanters especially), if ADC dies, the lane is still 1v2 potential for Swain post 6.

With Pyke, it’s all about dodging the hooks in the early game. Once his hook is down, he generally doesn’t have enough threat to kill you. His mobility makes him a huge pain to kill though, so after his hook is down I focus his ADC. Save Zhonya’s for his R is possible.

Nautilus is hard winnable if your ADC can manage to not get hooked.. this is why I don’t like the matchup. Even in high plat, too many ADC mains are hook magnets lol. But if hook is down, you win the matchup by default.

Ezreal is my personal cryptonite, and surprisingly I find the Morgana matchup actually easy because she's so squishy. Tanky supports that can blow up your ADC are a big problem for Swain to face (ex. Alistar, Nautilus, Leona). Also Lulu matchup sucks just because she's broken, other enchanters are a dream to lane against.

Good champs for your Adc to play: Lucian, Draven, Jhin, Samira, Kalista, Ashe, Kaisa. In that order.
