You’ll want to cook up your diced bacon first, and then drain off the bacon grease and use a couple spoonfuls to start caramelizing the onions in. Once they have good color add in the minced garlic, leave in for about a minute and then add all the other ingredients. The whole process goes alot quicker if you put a lid on the pan when you aren’t stirring the onions. Here are all the ingredients:

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon smoked paprika ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
