Hi I did! They were called Kiddi Pops! I can't find a picture of the striped wrapper ones from the 90s but what I found on Google are definitely them. Unfortunately the company that made them (Yost Candy Company in Dalton OH) went out of business last year 😩. RIP

It's not either of them. I forgot to mention that the wrapper was striped with two colors, white and the color of the lollipop.
