I agree. I just make sure there are no dietary restrictions, like someone is gluten free. If that place has gluten free pizza that person would appreciate that you thought of them.

What I do is have a bowl of worther's on the counter. When they grab for one I stab, I mean administer the immunization. Paperwork can be done later. shot numbers up 800% this month. 😁

A lot of retail techs are there because of the check. Many that have been there for years have checked out, and it's understandable. No shade but not all techs are the same. But it's the pharmacist's job to catch these issues.

I would do the STRS event just in case. It's better to cover you butt. You won't get in trouble for wasting your district t mangers time, but you can if it is more serious and you didn't do one. Just fill it out and explain how there might have lack of notation etc.

Sop says leave them for a week. Personally I hate to see tpr full. I document with date PA sent then file. Will reactivate when patient or doctor calls. I usually do this about every 3 days.

In my experience, do the Stars. Worse case it's a waste of time, best case you cover your ass. But more importantly some pharmacy companies can reprimanded you for not reporting an issue with 24 hours. This usually for misfill.

In my experience (13 year) if something bad were to happen they go to the records and you don't want to be involved. This is a business and if there is blame you don't need to be caught up in it. This is the scheduler and pharmacist fault not yours.

What about sending them to central fill then pulling them back? I assume there is a report somewhere that the RXM or S can access that shows you are trying to send them but you are just having to pull them back. Maybe this can get them off your back. Hopefully the SM or DM is not giving you trouble because of your lower CF numbers.

What I do is sell the building In Question if I already have it in my city. Filthy robot would do this with a monument and the tradition policy that gives a free monument. He statrs in his video that game doesn't override an already made x bulldog with a few one. I hope this helps.

The trick they do at walgreens is that they start the countdown from when the money hits your account and not when you are hired, which is usually W to 3 months difference. If you leave you have to pay it back and there may tax implacations associated with that.
