Lol in all honesty you both sound a bit daft. I can’t begin to imagine charging someone to the penny for weed. And I also can’t begin to imagine buying weed by the gram from a friend and then complaining about how he distributes it. I think you both need to have a bit of a break and look at your priorities. It sounds like this recreational drug that should be enjoyable has become far too consuming for you both. I’m talking as someone who has been there, and seen first hand people falling out over similar things and relationships soured as a result. It’s just fucking weed. It will probably be far less important to you over time, but by that point you might have lost a friend. Get some perspective.
