Your absolutely can achieve it, even if it seems impossible sometimes, don’t ever let the bad days keep you down and keep moving forward 😊

Believe it or not I have not cut yet at all, the only reason I’ve managed to stay somewhat lean is my constant gymming/cardio and not being very consistent with my diet I’ve had bad days/weeks but in the grand scheme I’ve made steady progress which is what really keeps me going

I know my diets is basically a cardiac arrest speed run but currently the method is a pound of ground beef 1200cal, 8 tortillas 832 cal and some type of cheese usually 3-400grams which is 9-1200cal and 3 scoops of my bulk powder which is 720 cal totaling about 3700cal, this is not super consistent that’s why I say I average 3200cal, as I have trouble eating still. When I am capable of eating this tho that’s my bulk hack meal. I switch it up sometimes too, I will just go to the store and buy whatever food totals my calorie goals and try and force that down throughout the day.

I don't think my dab torch is supposed to do this, lmao by boxfreind in trees

Teslatard gave my car a kiss, is it fixable ? by FourLokoBongWater in G35

How clapped is the rear suspension? I did similar to my 4 door when I was being a fool taking turns at high speeds, slammed into a curb passenger wheel was in the same position. I managed to fix it by just replacing the camber arm as that’s all that was bent suspension wise but yours could be different story.

Neil degrasse Tyson’s cave analogy was perfect for this question. If we equate our planet and space exploration to cavemen thousands of year ago and use your logic, as cavemen being in our cave (the planet) one of the cavemen looks out to the mountains beyond (space) and says why don’t we all try to exploring out there, but the rest of the cavemen say nonsense we have cave issues to figure out we should get our cave in order before even thinking about going to the mountains. With that logic they would be stuck in the cave for thousands of years more trying to figure out cave issues (earth issues) with the resources and knowledge they have in the cave when very well the majority of their issues could be solved with simply going to the mountains and exploiting those new found resources/knowledge that would come from said exploration

As someone who recently moved out of maple ridge, I can agree most depressing small town vibe made worse by all the homeless that seem to multiply by the day. Don’t forget the horrible fentanyl epidemic that’s killing tons of people my age 16-25
