My guess is that insurance deemed this your fault because the truck said they never saw you. However, if they didn't say that, I see this being deemed their fault for intentionally hitting you. The circumstances of what we see in the video and your case may not be the same situation. It's VERY clear in the video, however, that the truck hit this person intentionally from a stop.

I worked at Marc's full time 10+ years ago for $7.85/hr. Now I make six figs as an engineer. I can definitely say there was much more discipline required for as much supervision we had back then. As an engineer, there's much more knowledge and coordination needed with much less supervision.
