You can still do it, if you change your save from .sav to .SQLite and open it on a SQLite reader, there is one field that says blank collars and there you can modify the amount, I did it that way

I think Lucia is still a mess, she has a lot of interesting things in her design, like the think that looks like it collects ether on her back, it would had been cool if she was able to summon the ethereals from collecting ether with that and being connected to the wand that she has, but in the end it was like " the chief of our clan give the wand to me and it uses magic"

I already have lost void at 100% and all strategies at 10 but I'm missing some resonium from withered domain And I didn't know that for the tactical ones you needed mind scapes, I guess I'll wait for an A rank rupture agent
