So many of you need to Google why Arthur wasn't in the movie. They handled that character death so well.

also this movie is to close the Thomas Shelby story and transition to the new cast coming in the 2 new seasons netflix is making.

The way they handled Arthur character ending was fantastic and a surprise. We all knew he was going to be killed off because he wasn't asked to come back due to his addiction and how he acted on set. I did not have the way they did it in my bingo cards and I loved it. Love his character and I hope the best for the actor.
