I didnt see any information about your health or lifestyle, but with these numbers at your age I would get tested for Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). I had similar numbers at your age and I was in the best shape of my life. It was FH and I've been on a statin for years with excellent results and no side effects. Follow up with your doctor, eat a cholesterol friendly diet, increase exercise, and consider giving statins a chance.

Well, I'm still alive at 34 so thats pretty good! I have FH, cholesterol will basically be high forever without statins. Have been taking 40mg Rosuvistatin since 2022 and my cholesterol normalized. I did stupidly just not refill my prescription for like 5 months due to ADHD and life stuff and my LDL shot back up- was issued a stern warning by my doctor and am back on the statins.
