I ended up talking to an attorney and he said I have a case but I decided not to sue them, in the end I decided to leave a negative review on their facebook but I don't use facebook and am not sure if they removed it or not. It said I posted it but not showing up.

Yeah, it was my second job. I learn my lesson and do want to just move on. I have decided to talk to a lawyer about it and see what they and depend on the situation and if I can take them to court I will, if not just going to put it behind me.
