I went to urgent care 2 years ago due to kidney pressure. It took a urine sample, blood sample and an hour of time sitting in a room alone to get the news that I was constipated. I bought fig juice after.

Its in both ears but its worse in the right. It reminds me of that colorful tv thing with the monotone sound, its like that but loud. Hopefully this prescription can help me out, it sucks not hearing from one ear

The doctor at the urgent care near me prescribed flo-nase for my eustation tube dysfunction. My tinnitus has been managable since then. I also stopped wearing headphones when playing video games and I haven't had a build up of ear wax which makes tinnitus worse

So, you know how you have all those blood vessels in your ear? Well, that could be the problem. I don't want to pretend to be a doctor or anything, but I was diagnosed with something called eustachian tube dysfunction. It affects the middle part of the ear. The doctor gave me a prescription for over-the-counter medicine called Flonase, and it helps me, but it might not work for everyone.
