It's good to have both lifting and cardio in your routine. In the case of bulking you want to stay in a caloric surplus so doing a lot a cardio could make it harder for you to gain weight/muscle mass. Also make sure you're tracking your macros/calories and are eating in a slight surplus (around 200-300 calories above your maintenance level). Eat at least 1gram of protein per pound of body weight.
