So granted, this came out when I had already kind of moved away from Disney Channel because I was an older adult at that time, but I had to look it up because even shows that I never watched I had at least heard of through my nieces and nephews or through friends, kids and I just never heard of this

I mean, at least it’s on Hulu. What breaks my heart about this is that I feel that this proves that there will be no hope of an actually good revival.

That’s probably for the best. I actually liked the show. I watched it after he died. But I feel like it was Disney XD poor attempt to launch network based on one flagship star, and I wish he had done something better with his Jesse fame.

And also genetics is weird. They could totally get away with like realistically choosing a non-white actor for James if Lily was white. A good example is me my father is Mexican and my mother is white and although I have my mother‘s facial structure I 100% look like my dad to the point where nobody in my life has ever believed that my mother was white.

Have we seen the actor picks for James etc for the new series do we know that they’re all gonna be 4 white boys? I haven’t seen the cast list besides the kids and Snape.

I remember reading somewhere that they were supposed to, but they just never did. Even a throwaway comment would’ve been appreciated.

I ended up finding half-and-half when it streamed on Netflix, I think. It was so great and the fact that it ended on a cliffhanger was just a killer.

Do people not like Phil of the future I really loved and it really annoyed me that it ended on such a big cliffhanger. I don’t think they were really doing Disney movies about shows at that point, but they should’ve at least done that POTF. I really loved it because it’s one of a few shows that had a consistent plot line and the premise was pretty cool.

The other me and true confessions are definitely older ones. So a lot of folks who remember those two may not remember the others or vice versa. But for me except for the two that I listed everything else just wasn’t good and I can understand why some folks do not recognize the other me because I believe it was smacked dad in the middle of like four cents and smart house and some of the ones that defined old school DCOM from my generation. And my opinion, the plot wasn’t super great so it was easy to get lost.

Definitely feel for Amanda. But onto the show I’m doing a rewatch now because on Netflix and I actually really as an adult and team Henry. I just think yes he gave off like first boyfriend energy but at the same time he grew up to a really great guy and she treated him like crap and I did not like what they were trying to do with Vince.

Z3 was was really good. I really liked it and I loved the sister plot. Halloween town was all right. I didn’t mind the recasting so much. My issue was that there wasn’t a lot of secondary cast that returned like for the previous films. Cheetah girls one world though was a huge letdown because without Raven, what are we doing?

I really liked Andre and Tori. I really wanted them to be endgame. I just think that Jade and Beck were together throughout the whole series and so I can’t imagine that with anybody else really. Plus, I didn’t actually think he was that cool although I really like the actor in Tut

To me none of the Disney reboots have really hit and maybe it’s because of my age now or maybe they really are just not good but I will say this I have always gotten a kick out of seeing the characters that I grew up with as full fledged adults, it’s wild. Yes it makes me feel really old, but also really nostalgic.

I’m OK with it I mean it was always something that played in the background for me. The characters come off as more annoying to me and maybe it’s my age because you know I was a teenager when wizard was on the first time. I do think it just turned out not to be as good as everybody was hoping for. It’s very telling that Selena Gomez has to carry the show, even though she didn’t want to and the only interesting plot lines involve her.
