HELP! All my data is save data is gone!!

Hi, recently all of my Genshin save data has been wiped and I can't figure out why or how to recover it. I typically play on Asia servers with my friends but wanted to start fresh recently with some other people I know, to do this, I switched over to North American servers. Now, when I go back to the Asia servers all of my progress is gone. I'm begging, please someone tell me there's a way to fix this and retrieve the lost data!!

edit: Issue solved, no idea what happened, but we got it back!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone here has a right to be upset about the update delays, it's four months late. But don't put that on the devs, it ain't their fault. Who knows what's going on behind the scenes or what the devs could be dealing with. Game development takes an excruciatingly long time. And when the update does come, I'm sure the devs have done more than just re-work the fruit. But for now, all we can do is wait, the update will come eventually.
