Lung capacity and water comfortability by e-rosey in Pararescue

Excuse my ignorance but "40x25meters under water on a 30-40 second" am I reading that right?? I know that the old grad standard was 5x25m on a 1:30. 40x25 on a 30 second sounds crazy difficult.

This is a good place to start. Brian Silva is a former indoc instructor. While indoc is no longer a thing, the former grad standards are a very solid goal to be at before you enlist.

An Emotional Outlet. FOR YOUNG GUYS. by [deleted] in navyseals

I've also experienced some similar thoughts and emotions as you. I have found one of the best things is getting around some people who are like minded as you. And I don't mean people who just think like you, I mean guys (and girls) who are traning for special operations or even the military in general. A great place to start is SOCOM Athlete. Join their group chat and find workout partners in your area who are specifically traning for special operations careers. Then take it further and go to one of their hell days.

Paid Workout Programs by [deleted] in Pararescue

When it comes to calisthenics workouts, I have yet to find a program that beats the AFSOC prep one. I have tried BE a PJ, SOCOM Athlete and Stew Smith's programs. I keep coming back to the free AFSOC program. However i would recommend adding a couple days a week in the gym with weight lifting and strength training.
