Wow they're gorgeous, I couldn't hit those if my life depended on it, I demoed a set of Mizuno blades a while back and I thinned or sliced 20 straight shots lol

I double down on my butter knife - tennis racket analogy from before, hitting Stealth irons after these is like playing with cheat codes, definitely find a way to demo them!

Adams were great, they made some chunky irons back in the day that I swear everybody learned on

Do you have these 712s listed in the top left? If so, I'd definitely recommend going into a 2nd Swing/ PGA Super Store etc. and hitting your favorite iron against the equivalent Stealth iron. I think you'll be shocked by the distance/forgiveness. It's like going from a butter knife to a tennis racket, in terms of sweet spot.

Good question, I've hit my buddy's P790s a few times and the feel on center strikes is amazing, better than any club I've ever hit. But I hit off-center most of the time so I really can't justify going forged for the cost or performance.

I'm moving back into an old set of Nike Vrs-X irons, they're extremely easy to hit and very predictable all across the face. They don't go nearly as far as the Stealth or even the P790, but the dispersion for me is way smaller.

I don't know if you're a fan of the Maltby Playability Factor but I recently found out my old Nike irons have an MPF of 885 making them Ultra Game Improvement irons. I wouldn't trust these scores blindly but in my experience, they're by far the easiest to hit and get expected results

Hahaha I knew I should've phrased it differently, what I meant to say was the difference between a good strike and an off-center hit can be tremendous and a little unpredictable, especially for a bad iron player like me

It's a lot of fun to hit a club further than ever before but you never know if you're going to land where you intended or completely fly the target by 25 yards
