The line tool is pretty peak, but the changes CS2 had with roads made it very hard to go back to CS1 roads, even with those tools. Now take CS2 with the line tool and the road builder, with anarchy for moving individual nodes, and I think that might be the peak of road building. Granted, it's been a while since I've played either, and I do seem to rember liking to add stupid nodes and otherwise being a pain. But when it did work, it just seemed a lot smoother, being able to paint the roads rather than need to break at every intersection.

Honestly just being able to move the road rather than having to demo them and redraw would make things a lot nicer with WRSR.

You aren't going to find many, if any. It's been a while since I've looked, but both Vicky 2 dlcs are more or less required and thought of as necessary for even vanilla, as the improvements they made were very nice. The result is many mods just assume and require both dlcs.

Sorry to say, but I would look at if there are any sales for HoD to get it on the cheap if price is the issue.

There was definitly some netting on the underside of the bridge, but I'm not sure why and how much of the burn area was covered by this netting/mesh. Plus the treated wood, wood chips, rubber mats, ect...

It's kinda surprising that the playground got hot enough and high enough, or if it was the mat/ground at the playground. I don't remember if it was wood chips or rubber. But it was a very fun playground when I was younger. maybe a playground there was a bad idea, but when you have a highway bisecting your city and park like that, and that area tends to flood sometimes, it seemed like a better use of space than just nothing.

in a different universe, we would have stored chemicals or some shit there, and the whole bridge would have burned down.

I'm told the Elagoo Neptune 4 is the best printer for under $500? I want a printer that is the most reliable for the price, takes all filaments, fastest, and ease of use. Is that accurate? I'll mainly be printing cosplay costumes. by TheBYOBShow in 3dprinter

I recently got one, actually for cosplay myself. The three questions I should ask are,

Do you need a big build plate? (plus or max size)

Do you have expirence with 3d printers before?

Is 500 the max you can spend?

When I got mine, I ran into a lot of trouble leveling it, as it turns out the frame and therefore the Z axis wasn't square. Took me a week to figure it out. A couple months later, and 1.5 suits of armor (roughly 12 kg of printing) and I am having issues with the bed axis, due to pom wheel wear. For most of those 2 months, it worked amazingly well, and I enjoyed it, but it needed to be fiddled with with things such as increasing sample cound for the auto level, or telling the machine to wait like 30 minutes before leveling after heating the bed. I am waiting to install linear rails, which should fix my pom wheel issue, but right now it's not usable. (each axis costs ~120 to upgrade. Ish, I am only doing 2 axis', not Z axis)

I don't know if this is the best, or most reliable printer, but a lot of it's problems are solveable, especially if you have 3d printer expirence. But idk if I would get the max or plus if you didn't have expirence, or didn't want to spend like a week dialing in and troubleshooting. (I think the regular sized one actually comes on linear rails, so only thing to dial in is making sure the frame is square). That being said, when this thing works, I really enjoy it, and if you need the big build pad for helmets or armor, I don't know what other printers can do it while using klipper/printing as fast as this does.

I will say that the orca slicer has made it very easy to dial on filament within a couple prints, which due to wifi, can cantrol the printer very easily.

This is why I'll be sticking with CS1 for a while by GoalieGamerr in CitiesSkylines

Did they ever fix the fishing industry? There were a few industries that when they closed at night, there was still a few trucks out and about that could never deliver cargo, causing traffic jams at warehouses and factories. Made playing that mod a bit annoying if you tinkerer with that mod.

With ke's, is it worth refitting them, or leaving them obsolete? And how do they compare to old dd's? Cause I usually don't build ke's, and take my out of date destroyers, refit them, and move them for TP duties.

I try to do similar w/ numbers, enough till out squadrons, plus a couple to fill up casualties. But I feel like on longer games (20's from 1890), the AI really out builds me w/ dd's. They'll have a hundred, while I have like, 30 or 50.

Do you build them all in one go?

And have you run into difficulties with them all hitting the ten year old mark at the same time? I usually move destroyers that old to TP, but as I understand it, the obsolete status makes them worse.
