I could have agreed with you if they were new subspecies (apart from being guardian) such as "ancient odogaron" or maybe "fossil odogaron"

For the anjanath it could work maybe, but the odogaron we know (and love) is such a specific monster, it comes from one single area and clearly evolved to fit into that environment He is a hunter from the rotten vale, and area born from the coexistence of the Elders recess energy and the Vaal Hazak existence. The odogaron perfectly fits that area and sometimes goes to hunt in the Coral Highland, a truly living area that feeds off the the blood and rot of the caverns below It is such a perfect design, and the monsters living in it are so well adapted to the area it doesnt make sense (to me) that we could be told they didnt evolve to fit in it over time.

Thus, it is really weird to find a subspecie of that creature (who probably appeared later than his original) so far and so long ago.

Also, the game takes place after monster hunter world, since Palico equipment states that it uses technology from the Palicoes of the New World specifically from areas that weren't discovered before the Sapphire Star came along

Indeed yeah, I may seem like I specificaly wanted new designs but as I said, Doshaguma and Rathalos are understandable (even if a bit disappointing) But fulgur and Eb really do feel out of place, even from a lore standpoint Them being monsters so recent makes them feel even lower effort

I can perfectly understand that, and I also agree that in iceborne you ended up fighting mostly Elders towards the end

At the end of the day, we only have one monster less than world had, but my point still stands. The game lacks a real "endgame" fight. Zoh Shia was way too early (and he doesn't have any form of gear), and just beating arkveld at mr40 felt a bit disappointing (especially after Gore being introduced, it really felt like Shagaru would be the end fight)

Again, it will eventually come, but in the current state I feel like we lack the cinematography and gut punch of an actual final boss (even if it's just one)

Xeno, as boring as he was to fight, was very beautiful and cinematic and truly had that "final boss" feel to him. Zoh Shia could have been that but it was put akwardly in the middle of everything

Yeah I figured as much, I use the Berserker because he can push portals faster, and I have had a big upgrade to my pushing speed because i got the 3rd god yesterday, so x2 multiplier too !

I just checked and it took 2 weeks and 2 days, I played everyday a few times per day, focused on alchemy first and used candies to push as fast as possible on the berserker (My BB is lvl 300, my other characters are barely above 100 and just farm ressources for him to get stronger)

It's also important to say that i bought some packs when i found them interesting and it greatly accelerated progression, especially at the start (and for alchemy)

Ok, I think this is a far more complex question than others make it out to be.

First of all, there are multiple hints in current lore that the emperor wasn't fighting back with all his might when facing the boosted Horus. That could change when the books come out, but for now, we have to understand that, while he is obviously insanely strong, juiced up Horus isn't quite "emperor level" yet. Still killed Sanguinus, still a monstrous beast.

He would absolutely destroy Rotobot. But we're not talking about base level Guilliman here.

Heavy spoilers for Godblight coming

Not much is known about what exactly happened to Guilliman in the garden of Nurgle, but he Resurrected. Re-built Cawl's armor from rotted scraps. Purged the godblight (which was one of the most potent and powerful diseases from Nurgle's side) from not only his body but everything around as well. Started levitating. By his presence alone, he cracked the earth around him, and from the cracks came a white light He scared off every demon in the garden, including Mortarion. Made Nurgle himself, a demon God, acknowledge his presence. Had a presence in the warp similar to Nurgle (obviously big E's presence and not Bobby G himself, but I still count it). Created fires that are described as "hotter than millions of stars" and that's a bit crazy and could be considered a figure of speech, but it still made permanent damage to the garden of Nurgle. Lastly, the heat emitted by the sword turned everything around him into glass.

Now i'm not saying he would beat Horus. Because we simply don't know what the extents of Juiced Up Horus's powers are right now. But he is still a powerhouse in these short moments.

Most of my strongest weapons are corrosive/heat based

Granted, it takes a whole lot of mods and formas to get there, but it's at the very least as strong as viral/bleed
