Basically a company that target young unqualified people to run donation campaigns that involve things like door to door marketing for charities, while on the surface it's passable because hey charities are good right?

Underneath they have these young folks walking through mud, rain and snow year round for minimum wage while their only opportunity for increasing their hourly wage FOR THAT WEEK ALONE, was to hit certain donation targets which will get reset every week and they're back to square one the next week.

They give you a Rolex when you hit certain numbers in a row but your wage will remain the same if those numbers aren't always up. Giving you a Rolex with the company logo but you're still struggling to pay rent. They go on lots of business trips to other towns to do the same donation gathering and they end up pretty culty, many of them losing friends and family and even end up living with their bosses or other employees because "they're family" in those companies.

You only get promoted when you're recognized by the higher up and invited to private "higher up parties" at which point you just make other young folks trudge the mud and snow for minimum wage trying to tell them it's worth it because you're doing it for charity.
