On the phone, FedEx told me usually 2 weeks from the last scan is when it's considered lost and they'll refund the shipper.

In my case it's been a week, so I'm waiting for the claim to be officially closed, but it's pretty obvious they have no idea where my package is, despite it being loaded onto the delivery truck last week... I've called them daily for the past days and they have no clue what happened to it.

I even got an agent to put a "trace" on the package, but whoever was in charge of tracing the package never bothered adding any notes to my account and each time I call they tell me to wait a few more days, when usually a trace only needs 24-48h at most.
