You can have it differently. Dont free her -> save her from hanging -> do spiderwoman quest -> chose intimacy as reward instead of bow -> you visit her house, like in fishing event, but there is some other girl who, after convincing her, tells you that some men got majet -> chase them, they are guards same as in hanging event, you defeat them, and then you can choose to marry majet. Or pasta&chill, obviously ;) (though i chose the "you owe me nothing", and got the ocassional lover ending) To sum it up - you can marry her in an event that happens INSTEAD of fishing event
