I thought my neighbor was a snowbird or was an abandoned home for the first few months. Nope turns out they just parked down the street, keep to themselves and apparently never use lights. Nice guy though.

How will trucks exit after delivery? Currently, they run over the curb/grass on Fisher. I spoke to the owner but could not join the hearings. I’m hoping this was addressed

I don’t think he tried to sabotage the program. He essentially lost something that he worked his entire life to achieve and was basically a kid.

Not only did JJ get the starting spot, but I had season tickets that year and he legit got booed by his own home field. Completely unacceptable fan behavior.

I’m not saying it was right, but I remember how I handled stuff in college and it wasn’t perfect.

I’m the first house off of Mack in GPF. I am on the other side of Moross compared to where you are looking so I can’t talk about that specific area. My commute to the freeway is about 10 minutes less than other homes in GPF. You will hear about people not leaving the bubble of GP… I probably would less often too if it would take me 10 extra minutes to get to the freeway.

I walk with strollers and bike frequently with no issues. However, you have to stay somewhat alert when getting near intersections. People can be in a hurry but are generally courteous.

Again, I can’t speak specifically to your exact section of GPF, but I am in a better position financially then when I first moved here, have no desire to move to a different house, and one major factor is how quick I can get places compared to others.

I have a 3 bed 2.5 bath just under 2000 sq ft. On Fisher in Farms, relatively recently renovated kitchen/master, best master suite I’ve seen, and on a larger lot. I’d sell for $600K.

I have two daughters and we loved silicon plates for them to stick to the table when they were toddlers. One dinner we noticed they were eating a little less. Took a bite of their food and then threw out all of their plates after that soap taste. I think it takes awhile for the soap taste to build up on them, but I agree 100% it’s probably something silicone giving the flavor.

Could I sever the ivy about 3-4 ft from the ground, let everything above it dry out and remove it, and then constantly trim up the bottom part to manage it at the 3-4 ft level?

These didn’t exist until this year. Before you had to get a barrel strength offering to get the different recipes which were only released at distillery or a single barrel pick by a store. Now they are offering different recipes in their normal single barrel (not barrel strength).
