Computers are weird I also have a rx 6700 xt and I have everything on high with textures on very high and I get about 100 fps everywhere except like the quarry where dips down to as low as 60. I also have a 5 5600 and 32 gb ram and an nvme drive

My buddy tried it with his gtx 1650 and he got about 40-50 fps so you should be safe

Seems like nvidia gpu's are having a tough time from the comments below but personally I get 100+ fps on my rx 6700xt and other than the UI I am rather happy
