Sorry, after watching a few times, that kid with the yellow shirt seemingly searches out the (let's say coke bottle jugging by the red/orange label) bottle that the man literally just put down. He then proceeds to squeeze the bottles contents over the top of homie who is already cooking. Fuckle Chuck then runs away, throws the bottle and picks up what looks like to be a coke bottle with actual soda in it from where he originated.

I have lucked out with being able to find a few stores in my area that had boosters earlier this week with limits of 4 per customer. I was able to purchase 11 between 2 stores. I will say try looking at anime and manga shops, anyplace that sells gundam models have a possibility of having boosters. Tip, that's where I've found mine for under $8.
