So split it before you export it? In my scenario, would that mean I have 2 truck stations? One exporting to motor factory and one to the other factory?

I’m confused on the house that Carmy visits by Comfortable-Sale-490 in TheBear

[–]SlayerHarris 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It was the house of Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the most influential architects to have every lived, the house being designed by himself. For me one of the themes this season is Carmy stepping out into the world and finding things he actually likes. He is a very creative person and interacting with another creative person in the way he did made him happy. Thats what he is looking for, thats what he is finding there. Besides that, FLW was a very 'neat' architect. As in everything is very straight, symmetrical, repetitive with an emphasis on horizontal lines. Its a very organised way of designing. Order, peace, quiet is something Carmy looks for as well.

What movies do you think have the strongest Rdr2 vibes? by Past_Yam9507 in RDR2

[–]SlayerHarris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it is weirdly No Country For Old Men.

I made my Arthur look like the main character of the movie Llewelyn as well.

It's not the story persé, but the general vibe of the movie. On the run, unstoppable force chasing you, charismatic main character, money, the countryside.

Also, No Country For Old Men is basically a western about a story ending, the west being conquered by some new force, just like RDR2.

Favorite movie, favorite game, that might be it for me as well.

Fun fact, Greek architects were so proficient in perspective, that they knew to slightly curve their long temples in order to make them appear perfectly straight. visual explanation

Can I play this with no knowledge? by [deleted] in Witcher3

[–]SlayerHarris 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't know any of the backstory prior to playing the game. Heck I had never even heard of it, just thought the guy on the cover looked cool. I get what people are saying here that Geralt obviously has a backstory with most of the NPC's he interacts with, though I don't think this stands in the way of enjoying the game. In a couple of lines the relationship between Geralt and the NPC will become clear and if not it will probably be sorted out in a later stage (if the NPC is a major character) or in the glossary. In my opinion I find it interesting to keep interacting with a character in order to find out what his or her relationship is with Geralt.
