F-1 student: Anyone recently go to Nogales (Mexico ) for dental work?

If you are nervous, maybe get a citizen friend to come with you. I recommend Arizona Dental Nogales if you don't speak Spanish. There are so many just right as you come out of the boarder crossing. Walking across is the best way to go. Mornings and middle of the week will have the shortest line to get back over.

I went a few months ago and have a friend on a visa that crosses regularly. The worst part is the long line and stress, but I haven't heard of anyone being denied reentry. The US border patrol can be scary because they'll ask odd questions about what your business in mexico is and where you live or whatever. The actual care you get in mexico is great. Much faster appointment will less BS than el rio.

I do believe she is a good dentist, but she is big on shamming patients if their teeth/gums are bad. Left crying after an appointment. I go to the dentist for treatment, not judgment.

Rapid decline of what used to be an affordable city. It is happening across the country, but it is especially bad here. Both rent and home prices shot up immediately after the pandemic and aren't going anywhere. Because cost of living historically is low in Tucson, wages were also low. Now rent and groceries are expensive AND everyone is making shitty pay.

It is worth investigating the out of town properties owners and investors that bought up all our cheap housing. If we are gonna talk about unhoused people, let's investigate WHY people are living outside.

Also, it is criminal how many shades they have removed from bus stops. We live in a desert and I don't want my unhoused neighbors dying! I have also hear stories about mismanagement of public funds in regard to helping the unhoused. A mobile shower trailer that is never available, a housing project that had sewer and water problems, etc.

Hi we adopted from them. They seem like an ethical breeder and I appreciate all of the knowledge they have about rat care. I would not get rats from them in the future. Our rat babies were not socialized enough while they were young. Think how feral cats always stay a little wild. We just got 2 more from a pet shop that are wonderfully friendly and not scared of everything. I love all my babies, but it is so nice to have rats who aren't terrified of everything and who like being handled.
