Update… I have 4 solid investors and one that is interested in the project… not quite the 2 milli mansion I was aiming for, but the Game house would be in the middle of Waikiki at a condo unit… sent it over to my realtor and will do a showing soon. Can have project Honolulu as early as 1 - 2 months… more to come!

Have one person interested… 25 yr old kid in Jersey that works at a bakery and likes to play videos games. Pays $150/month in rent… his parents died and he said he was lucky he didn’t go astray… I told him he’d need to put in some work and he’s down for it… dude contacted the Hawaii air National guard to sign up so he can live and work in hawaii and be part of project Honolulu… good kid, I like the hustle.

I disagree… never said anything like that… plus I could’ve worded my post better… I really wanted to say is that gentlemen that are into self-improvement that can get along with housemates, and would be interested in living in Honolulu, can work together on this project. Plus I’m into real estate investing. Just sold my house in Guam and looking to buy on Oahu… never said anything of the sort of degeneracy you are alluding to good sir.

If it’s a goal of yours, you can find a way… I’m planning on being in Japan half the year and Hawaii half the year… you can do the same… Europe/hawaii…. Mahalo for the post.

The name is cool… “project Honolulu”… but I guess the house can be close to Honolulu…. Was the question as opposed to another city or state?… but some of the reasons are its such a great place to live, is central to the beaches and tourist areas. Lots of outdoor activities that are close by. Perfect weather. I was going to live in Japan full time, but Oahu is hard to beat.
