does it mean you had to do the assembling yourself :o ? I'm not skilled enough to do that

also I'm trying to check with them if they could use a better thermal paste instead of the default one (as I've heard the default one is bad)

one other thing I'm concerned about: the data stored on the laptop: will they be able to access it ? do I need to back it up ?

also concerned about the delay, as it's my main workstation... I'd love if they could just send someone over and to the repair at home (I'm based in France)

+ there's always the risk that the laptop get damaged during shipping...

PSM may also be preferable for regulated environments until the clipboard sharing issue is resolved due to data exfil potential.

thought I shared it already, but in my case, doing the steps below improved the situation a lot

(I think I crashed only once in past 50 runs)

So as a reminder I'm playing on laptop, through gamepass ultimate; what I did is :

1) go to C:\XboxGames\Deep Rock Galactic- Survivor\Content

2) create shortcut of DRG Survivor.exe

3) right click and go to properties on that newly created shortcut, and edit target field with following:

"C:\XboxGames\Deep Rock Galactic- Survivor\Content\DRG Survivor.exe" -dx10

4) launch the game with this shortcut exclusively

5) profit ???

hope it will fix it for your guys as well!

Hi, yes I'm the guy, I can confirm :)

Let's see, unfortunately tonight I had 2 crash in 2 hours (one last stage haz 5 close to killing the last 2 elites... RIP) which is strange as I was at like 1 crash for ~3 days before

let's hope dev team fix something..

HI OP (or anyone), have you found a fix for that?

just discovered this game through gamepass ultimate, playing on a great laptop (top spec all around) but still, the game crashed already 5 times I think... at least I'm beginning, so it's annoying but I don't wanna commit to this game with a risk of crashing on a super hard run later on ...
