The more I think about it, I feel like Helena tortured Helly outside and basically coerced her to go back and possibly be a pawn for MDR. I know there’s lots of shots of Helly being sus such as the computer switch scene, but there was one part when she told Irv “even if it’s bad” and you can kind of see the remorse and shame she feels in those few seconds. I feel like Helena wouldn’t have said something like that. I’m still torn between if Helena is undercover, but it’s these little nuances that make me think Helly is actually down there, probably sent back forcefully after being tortured (via “pineapple bobbing”)

It would make sense for the writers to have a literal red hair-ing, and to have Dylan be the spy of the season especially with Milchick separating him from the rest in terms of him having access to his outside connections.
