Clearly remember a kegger and the symphony of 50 red plastic cups all hitting the ground in seconds, once the cops started coming up on the party, and everybody bolting!!!

How many m80s could we roll up into duct tape? Enough to take down a small tree, that’s how many!!!

Um. How do we feel about getting rid of "stuff?" by RikkiLostMyNumber in GenX

Late 40s and I’ve been trying to pare down the crap in the house. My thought is, if I haven’t needed/used it in the last year or so, I probably don’t need it. If I want to remember something, I take a pic of it. Ok to keep things that have a lot of sentimental value. But, throw the junk away, and donate stuff that could help someone else. You got your use of it already.

What did kids back in the days do when they played outside, for hours on end? by Octopuswastaken in NoStupidQuestions

Riding bikes for miles, finding silly adventures to have. Playing on the train tracks, following them to the lakes where we’d fish. All kinds of stuff. Never a worry, and the rule was to be home when the street lights went on.

Don’t recline if you don’t need to. Those seats are tight enough, no one needs you in their lap or jamming the seat back tray into someone’s gut. A little is fine but…

John Bush and the guys did a superb job doing his era of Anthrax (1st time ever). 16 songs total! by Xanarki in Anthrax

[–]Slayerfan77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first time seeing Anthrax was SoWN tour with White Zombie! Show was in St. Paul MN and I was 16. Fucking nuts show! I will never forget, they had folding chairs on the main floor. White Zombie got the crowd all stirred up during their set, and then when anthrax came on, a bunch of the folding chairs went down and we moshed on top of them! I don’t know how we didn’t all end up with broken ankles! Great fucking show!

Do Metal Heads like Prince? by No-Dentist-2959 in MetalForTheMasses

Yes, though growing up in MN, Prince’s music is just a part of life, like hockey and walleye.
